Team Culture

Rooted in the heart of Downtown Memphis and serving communities throughout the Mid-South, we're passionate about creating thoughtful spaces that reflect the people and places they serve. Just as we're invested in our clients and communities, we're equally committed to fostering a workplace where our team feels supported, inspired, and connected.

As self-proclaimed foodies, you'll often find us gathered around a weekly cookout, trying a favorite Downtown lunch spot, or sharing ideas over a meal. Throughout the year, we celebrate our team with traditions like our annual Crawfish Boil and Holiday Party. This creates opportunities to recognize accomplishments, strengthen relationships, and simply have fun together. We care about our employees and want to create memorable experiences and connections inside and outside of the office. By investing in our people, we're able to create meaningful architecture that leaves a lasting impact on the communities we call home.
