A former East Memphis residence converted into 10 modern salon suites for independent beauty professionals with new entry features and batten screen facade.
Suite Serenity transforms a former residential building on Brookhaven Circle in East Memphis into a modern salon suite facility housing 10 individual suites for independent beauty professionals. The 2,700 square foot renovation completely reimagines the interior with new layouts, updated mechanical and plumbing systems, and fresh finishes throughout, while the exterior receives a clean aesthetic through recladding with fiber cement boards. Batten screens highlight the new entry and extend across the building’s eastern facade, providing shading and visual interest while creating a cohesive design language. A new entry stair and code-compliant ramp improve accessibility, and updated front planter beds enhance curb appeal. The completed project provides independent stylists, aestheticians, and beauty professionals with modern, functional suites in a well-appointed East Memphis location.
